Duvale Barn
Duvale Barn can hold up to 42 people in 16 bedrooms. It has a kitchen with a Rayburn (Rayburn at an extra cost). A large front room with dining tables to seat 42 people. A further second lounge also. A pool table room and three additional small kitchens and two additional small lounges. It has its own private garden with bbq area. From April 2022 there will be an outdoor table tennis table. The house is perfect for any occasion or get together.

Week prices start at £4500.00 and a two-night break starts at £3300.
We provide flexible days to suit your stay.
The hot tub is available from 11 am to 10 pm on specific days, children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Groups of solely pensioners will get a discounted rate

Is a double on the ground floor and there is a shower room in the hallway just outside of the room. There are also four more additional toilets on the ground floor.

Please note a security deposit is required for each booking, this is to ensure that on your departure the property is left as it was on your arrival. Once checked and providing all is good, this is then refunded. Refunds may take up to 72 hours.
Any booking that over occupies the property capacity, will be asked to leave the property immediately and may potentially lose the security deposit.
